Astral Traveler, an iPhone app, helps users relax their mind on the go. After launching this app, users could find two parts – Astral Traveler and Multiverse. Both of them have exceptional presentation for meditation – great graphics with pleasant music! Surprisingly this type of an app has come from the western part of the world. It shows that the developer has been working in this area for at least a few years. The first part has almost 5 minutes while second part features 7 minutes of video presentation.
Users can get back to the home screen by tapping on the gear wheels at the top of the screen. However, the gear wheels icon gives impression that they will guide the users to the Settings area of the app. If the users want the app to remind them to do meditation, they can set the reminder inside the app. The ‘Loop’ feature ensures unending streaming of videos.
Astral Traveler is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.0 or later. This app costs USD 1.99. It was launched seven months ago and interestingly, it hasn’t been updated since then. As it has video files, Astral Traveler is a bit bulky (154 MB). Astral Traveler would be great app for meditators and would certainly help starters to get into meditation. It can help the users calm themselves down when life stresses them out.

I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my

first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any ideas or tips? Appreciate it!
