I have been investing in stocks for the past four years. When I buy a stock, one can be sure that it would go down within a few days. I hope, this would speak volumes about my expertise and more importantly about the expertise of my financial advisors. Now I take matters into my own hand.

Chaikin Power Tools is an iPhone app that offers stock advises and lets users trade on the go. After launching this app, it opens MY STOCKS, where users could find all the market data and advises about the stocks they are interested in. They can edit the default list by adding and removing companies.

To offer market advice, Chaikin Power Tools analyze a stock on the basis of four key factors – Financial metrics, Earning performance, Price/ Volume Activity and Expert Opinions. There are also charts to track the performance of a company over the period of five years. LIVE CHAT! is there for immediate assistance and if they need a detailed analysis, there is Chaikin Power Gauge report available for USD 1.99. With an optionXpress account trading can be done on the go- from the app. The UI is really colorful, but I don’t know,why they have left the IDEAS area empty.

Chaikin Power Tools is a free app, compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad and it requires iOS 4.0 or later. No matter whether you are an expert or not, you can certainly try Chaikin Power Tools, if you have some investment in Wall Street.

Developer’s feedback: IDEAS section actually brings up a Twitter feed that sends stock ideas daily.  Sometimes this takes a few seconds to load and you will see a white screen momentarily.
