OrganiDoc HD – A Sleek File Manger for iPads

This virtual assistant lets you work on the go!

iPad has the ability to do a lot of the stuff we are currently doing on laptops. It really helps people in getting more work done in tiny amounts of time – thanks to the productivity apps. That’s why people at Apple expect iPads to grow bigger than PC. There are a lot of great apps already available out there and let me review one today.

OrganiDoc HD, developed by Wenjoy Technology, helps users manage all their docs, pics and videos on their iPads. This iPad app has four main areas – My iPad, Cloud Storage, Protected File and iTunes File SharingMy iPad explores all the folders and documents that are located inside the iPad.

After opening a document, users can navigate through all its pages just by swiping left and right. The navigation button at the top bar enables them quickly move to any particular page of it. The bottom bar helps in exporting the document to iTunes or cloud storage services and allows them to open the document through any other compatible application installed in the device.

Users can also do things like mailing the document, sending it to Protected File area or changing its name straight from this document viewer window. Apart from Docs, this area has two other similar sections Photos and Videos. There is a search bar to facilitate the easy access of files. The Cloud Storage feature allows users to add all their favorite cloud storage service to the app.

OrganiDoc HD supports a wide range of file formats such as MS Office (all the formats including DOCX, XLSX etc.,), PDF, compressed folders (Zip and Rar), text, images, videos and audio files. However, it is not a file editor and just a storage facility. OrganiDoc HD can do what it claims to do.

This app is compatible with iPad and requires iOS 4.2 or later. If you travel a lot and work while you travel, the time has already arrived to dump the laptops. With even more smart devices like iPads and productivity apps like OrganiDoc HD, you can afford reduce the size of the baggage when you are on the go.
