Make Dream Come True with ResolutionTweet

It’s time to act and achieve your goals!

Making resolutions is easy but the hardest part is keeping them. Experts advise to write down and share goals to sustain motivation. And also it would be great if we could find a way to keep track of them. Let me introduce an app for it.

ResolutionTweet, an iPhone app developed by WebileApps, helps people hit their target. After launching this app, users have to login with their Facebook account to get into ResolutionTweet. Then, they need to verify their email ID to start tweeting resolutions. Just like the Twitter, they need to tweet their resolution statements within 140 characters.

In the main screen, ResolutionTweet lists all the resolutions under three categories – Friends, Popular and Everything. The Friends section features the resolutions of the friends. Therefore, they need friends inside the app to view their resolution tweets. If they don’t have any friends, they can invite a few by phones contact list, email or Facebook. ResolutionTweet has this option in Settings.

They can also comment on the resolutions of their friends. As users share their resolutions, their friend will know about them and motivate to achieve that goal. Therefore, it will help them gain their advice and help. In return they know about the resolutions of their friends. By letting their friends to know about these resolutions, users have to keep them committed to the task. This is the basic idea behind ResolutionTweet.

At present, users can sign up only with the Facebook account. If they are not in Facebook, they can’t use ResolutionTweet. Developer needs to think about it while updating the app. Most importantly they also need to add a Help section, as there is no other similar app available in the App Store. It may help the not-so-techy guys out there.

ResolutionTweet is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or later. As I said, this app can help you plan, do and evaluate your progress in keeping your resolutions.
