Magic Forest Pro – A New Puzzling Fun for iPhones

Help the pets find their home!

IPhone puzzles are something we tend to do in between other things. These games are a great way to spend free time and to have fun. Some of them can help in developing skills such as problem solving. This review is about one such puzzle game app.

Magic Forest Pro, developed by Ola Games, is an iPhone puzzler that was launched only a few weeks ago. The objective of this physics based game is guiding a few pets to their home. Most of the obstacles come in the form of glass bricks, which need to be broken to make way for these pets.

These bricks have to be broken in a pattern that guides the pets into their nests. If they bounce out of the screen, the level is considered failed and it needs to be restarted. And of course, there are other elements like jellies, cages, teleportals and balloons to make the game a bit more challenging and add to the fun.

Jellies make the pets bounce a lot, while the cages will keep the objects inside, when they fall into it. If the players manage to guide the candies to the nest, they can add more points. At present, Magic Forest Pro has 80 levels and five unique environments. It has Game Center integration to let the users share their score online.

While entering a new level, Magic Forest Pro provides some guidance (whenever it is necessary). But, when replaying a level, this guidance is not available every time – sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn’t. Moreover, there is no dedicated Help section available here. This app costs USD 0.99, which is very reasonable price for an ads free application. However, to skip unfinished levels users need to pay another 99 cents for an in-app purchase.

Puzzle games are quite addictive in general. They can keep the users glued to their phone screen for hours. When you are looking for some mental stimulation, Magic Forest Pro can keep you entertained. This app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or later.
