MileBug – A Trip Tracker App for iPhones

An Enticing Medium for Creating Trip Logs!

MileBug is an app for all those individuals who are always on the go and find it quite cumbersome to keep a tab on the records. This app acts as a storehouse to keep a vigil on the expenses and the mileage. This app is a boon for those individuals who need to travel long distances due to work or any other thing. With this app, the individual can select the destination as well as the vehicle and then record the mileage between each of the destinations traveled.

Tax is a big burden for many people. MileBug keeps its records straight by intelligently ascertaining the number of miles traveled by the individual in his vehicle. This app is a powerful tool in the hands of those individuals who needs to report to their immediate boss about the distance traveled for the official purpose in order to gain a rebate in the tax amount. The IRS tax deduction for the current year is 56.5 cents per mile traveled, which is quite enticing. This app can save the pocket by correctly providing the records of the miles covered. It helps in saving the hard earned money of the individuals on one hand and the valuable time on the other hand.

The additional expenses incurred in each of the trips can be fairly added by making use of the option available at the bottom of the trip log. The user can also write some notes of the trip, through the note taking feature of this app. At the end of the year, one can generate a monthly report of each of the month during which travel was made and mail at various email accounts.

Talking about the significant technical aspects, MileBug was recently updated and has come up with the version 2.6.1. There is the availability of various versions which are less than the full version. This app does not take much space on your iPhone, as it just requires 0.9 MB.  MileBug is compatible with the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The operating system required by this app is iOS 4.3 or later. This app is aptly optimized for the iPhone 5.
