The app is a game, so there are moves that you make that are right and some that may be wrong. What I mean by this is that you have to make the right decisions for Kacie. Decisions like: should she attend a certain party or not? What kind of dress should she wear? Does she have the right bling for her outfit?

All of those questions, answered correctly, help Kacie gain more popularity and consequently more followers and in-game currency. The end goal of the game is to get Kacie at the top of the leaderboard.

Kacie will travel to exotic locations, meet people, experience exciting events and socials, and more. Your job is to make sure she is at the right place at the right time. Every move counts and it’s up to you to make sure she makes the right ones!

The overall app is set up like a cartoon, giving it a fun flair. The colors are bright and vivid and the graphics are smooth. I liked that it truly was a fantasy getaway type of game that completely moved me out of reality and into a fun world. I spent a few hours every day de-stressing from my day by popping into Kacie’s world to see what she was up to and how I could get her more points.

 

 

On the surface, it seems like an easy game to play, but it was not as easy as pie. I found myself on constant lookout for auditions to keep Kacie employed and in front of the powers that be in Hollywood – which is so important. The state of celebrity is so attractive, but one wrong move can send fans packing and your ratings plummeting.

The key to staying on top is to pay attention to scripts and text messages. They set you up with more engagements which can lead to increased popularity. Note that when you go shopping at the finer purveyors of fashion, it will cost you, not just to enter the store, but to get things as well. Not to worry, because these expenses convert into more points.

The game is a free download and comes with three destinations. After that, you can make an in-app purchase to add two more destinations. More travel can lead to more parts and roles in productions, which in turn help Kacie climb the ladder of success.

I’m not really into in-app purchases, but you have pay at some point in time. I would really like it if the game allowed players to use their points to buy their way to a new destination. I also hope to see more destinations in Europe – that would be really cool.

I will still enjoy the game, because it’s like no other and it provides true entertainment!
