It’s so easy these days to copy a link and send it to a friend or coworker. But, what if that friend or coworker does not have the best wifi available, or what if their connection is iffy at best. If you wanted them to read what you sent, well, kiss that goodbye, because they are going to have to wait until they have a strong enough connection to get to your link.
That’s where lumio sheds it light on the situation. lumio is an app that lets you highlight and share actual content you find online, not just the link. The important key here is that you are sharing exactly what you want others to see, not just the site, which would force your recipient to page through content and search for those few lines that you found to be phenomenal.
lumio is an add on to your Chrome browser. It allows you to browse away at content through Chrome, and when you find that content you were looking for, or simply stumble upon something very interesting, you highlight what you want, tap on Share, and Select lumio as your media.
This will take you to lumio, which has a very clean and easy to use interface. There is nothing overly techie or confusing about lumio. Once in lumio, it will prompt you to give your piece a title and place to put it. It’s that simple. You then set your sharing recipients and lumio takes care of the rest.
Each snippet you take and save in lumio is called a card. You can take a bunch of cards and put them together into what is called a Collection. Collections are quite handy. They can range from a collection for you last vacation to a collection for research you are amassing for a critical project.
lumio has several ways it can be used: professionally and personally. Personally, you can even set up collections of recipes, decorating ideas, ideas for a family reunion, information on how to deal with difficult situations. Professionally, you may have a collection on how to grow in your role, what is trending in career options for women, data for a new software solution you need for work.
These cards and collections can be made more meaningful with private notes that you can attach to each. Collections can be made public, as well, so you can share what you want at a Collection level.
What I would like to see soon is support for Safari. If lumio is available for iOS devices, why not make it compatible with the default browser.
The possibilities are endless. I just found it so nice to be able to share the exact text or videos so your recipients don’t have to fish around a site to find what you meant for them to see.

Be careful. There was a recent post on Drippler about fake apps. This company is described as “fairly new,” based in Hungary, and no further information.
I am sure this post has touched all the internet people,
its really really pleasant post on building up new
website.

I'm not sure exactly why but this site is loading very slow for me.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end?
I'll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
Good article. I am experiencing a few of these issues as well..
