Cabstr – Find the Best Ride with the Best Price

If you are looking for the best deal on hotel rooms or flights, it’s so easy to go to one of those price comparison sites and let them do all the work for you. With so many ride options out there, wouldn’t it be nice to have the same comparison shopping tool to help you figure out if Uber or Lyft or any other option will work best for you, either by price, proximity, availability, mode of transport, and more?

Well…now you can. Download Cabstr and see how easy it is to find a ride fast. The app is free and it is very easy to use. All you need to provide is either an email address or mobile number. It asks you to confirm app install using a code it will send you, and then you are all set. All you have to do is punch in your destination and Cabstr will then list all ride options for you in an easy to read format.

Before you prompt Cabstr to build you a list, you will see what your path will look like after you’ve entered your destination. That will give you an idea of what to expect from your ride. While you wait for your list of options, Cabstr will enlighten or inspire you with a quote, which I really liked. It was much better than watching an icon spin while the app was working away.

Ride options can be from so many providers that are nationwide and local: Uber, Lyft, Curb, Black, UberX, UberXL, and more. When you build the list, you can ask for All types of ride providers, Shared rides, and Non-shared rides. The list will show the provider’s name, the ETA and Price. The list can then be sorted by each of these fields, so you can base your choice on what’s most important to you.

If you have a list you’ve built and are not happy with the choices thus far, you can drag down and the list will refresh with newer options.

Once you’ve chosen a ride, you can book it through Cabstr or through the provider’s app. Both are quick and easy. If you book through Cabstr, you should make sure you create an account and save all pertinent information needed to make a booking. If you have an account with the chosen provider, that information most likely will all be there, and you will automatically be taken to that app via a built in link.

Tipping and reviews can both be done from Cabstr, too! So, it’s all in one place and easy for you to manage. The last thing you need to do is move around between apps to find a ride and make the payments.

What I would love to see in the app is the ability to save “trips” so all I have to do is pull it up, drag down and refresh to see the currently available rides.

I know I will be using Cabstr to find rides from now on. It’s just so much easier!
