Let them paint without any stain!
It is normal for children to seek attention and approval from adults. If the parents are smart to handle this in a right way, it can be a helpful tool for improving the behavior. They need to be patient with kids and keep them engaged in a way they like. And of course, iPad apps are great in this area.
TJs Art Studio, an iPad app, helps kids draw and color simple shapes on their own. For this, it comes with four design tools – TJ – the pencil, Dabney – the paintbrush, Koki – color marker, and Butch – the eraser. There are also some pre-designed shapes, letters and numbers. After launching TJs Art Studio, users can find all the drawing tools in the right side of the app. Apart from pencil, brush and eraser, there are also things like stickers and photo albums to let them jump straight into the act. The interface is designed in such a way that kids would need no guidance from the parents to explore it.
TJs Art Studio was launched a month ago and it works fine and smooth. This app was created by the award winning director Ashley Lazarus and it is a product of UmaChaka, the makers of TJ and Pals. They have some expertise in this area and they have shown it again in the making of TJs Art Studio. According to me, TJ has all the stuff to handle curious kids.
TJs Art Studio is compatible with iPad and it requires iOS 4.0 or later. This app costs USD 1.99. As it is loaded with art shapes and backgrounds, it is understandably bulky (144 MB). If you have kids at home, you will find TJs Art Studio a really exceptional product.
