Game apps have been flooding the App Store and Google Play recently – while we love to check them all, many of them slip through the cracks. A few days ago, we got a sneak preview of a new game, Beach Whale. Let us see what this game has to offer.
Beach Whale, a game app developed by Dingle LLC, lets users have fun at the seaside with a whale that always looks for fish to eat. This exciting game has four modes – normal, boss, survival, and super boss. By tapping the Play button, users can enter the gaming area and start playing the unlocked levels. In each level, users need to guide the whale to eat as many fish as possible. These fish can be used to unlock new levels.
There is also a Store feature to purchase more efficient whales and get powers, accessories and other bonuses. An impressive thing about this app is users need to spend no money to purchase them. Levels and other power-ups can be purchased only with the fish. Therefore, you don’t have to pay, even if you take time to master the game – you can progress at your own speed.
Initially, the gameplay might be a bit slow until you get a few power-ups and unlock a couple of levels. These power-ups boost the speed and add to the ability of whale to catch more fish. The unlocked levels feature creatures like giant crab, massive octopus, and angry sharks to make things more exciting. Therefore, don’t hesitate to spend what you have earned.
Maybe a few users could think that the interface of the game needs some work. However, one should remember that it is a “2D retro style action game” and is one of the very few retro games available in the App Store now. Therefore, it offers a classical presentation of gaming on new age gadgets. Beach Whale could really impress people who want to get nostalgic.
