Do your workouts and be in shape!
Yesterday I got a chance to come across an interesting app, which I had been using a few months ago. It’s iCircuit Training. This app seems to be very popular in its category as one can find a lot of buzz out there about it. Let us see what it has to offer for the users.
iCircuit Training helps people improve their fitness right from their homes as many of us don’t have the luxury of time to keep physique fit. After launching it, this app will ask for some basic information about the physique of the users like height, weight and body mass index to guide them.
iCircuit Training comes loaded with 18 pre-designed circuits and 50 exercises. It has three levels of difficulties – beginner, intermediate and advanced and users can choose the one depending upon their requirements. There are also options such as Upper, Lower and Whole Body to do specific workouts.
I am really impressed with two of its features. iCircuit Training has good images and videos to guide and motivate, but the videos need active internet connection to load. The second thing is users don’t need any equipment to do the exercises listed in the iCircuit Training. That’s fitness at zero cost. That’s something great to hear!
As it has a lot of images, iCircuit Training is a bulky app (96 MB) and hence it takes time to download. I think developers could work on the interface to spice up things. However, it is a handy and powerful app for the people who are conscious about their fitness. It is compatible with iPhones and iPads running iOS 4.2 or later and it costs USD 1.99. (If my memory serves me right, it was a bit costlier a few months back).
