AudiobooksNow Transforms Your Droid Into a Talking Library

It is pretty cost effective too!

When traveling on long journeys, sometimes it feels like the hours are just dragging by. Reading a book is a great idea, but it is definitely not good for the eyes, as this put strain on them. This is where audiobooks come in and play a significant role.

AudiobooksNow offers thousands of audiobooks on Android at a very competitive price. After downloading it, users can set up an account to purchase audiobooks. There is a 30 day trial to let them test the quality of these books. When we checked this app a few months ago, the book count is only 3,200, now this app is loaded with the collection of more than 8,800 books.

Most of them are available as abridged and unabridged versions. Before buying the audiobooks, you can trial them – just like reading a book in a bookshop before purchasing it. That’s really cool! Users can buy books individually or opt for a $5 monthly subscription fee to download them at discount prices.

To find any book, just search with keywords, author, narrator, rating, and publish date or browse them by category, best sellers, new releases, and recommendations. AudiobooksNow displays the title, author, narrator, duration and thumbnail of the cover to make sure that the buyers get the right book they want.audiobooksnow

If you are living outside the U.S., the chance for you to get AudiobooksNow is very low. This app is available only in selected countries. Maybe audiobooks could raise copyright issues in other countries. However, I am not sure whether the developer is aware of this limitation. A few applications can change the country of your device, but you may have to root your device.

This free app requires Android 2.2 or up. It seems like, this app has crossed a few thousand downloads in Google Play.  The download numbers could go up with the number of available books. I like to hear to books as it is almost like listening to podcast. If you are new to this, getting AudiobooksNow can be a right place to start from.

  • I am no longer sure the place you are getting
your information, but great topic. I must spend a while learning
much more or working out more. Thanks for fantastic information I was
in search of this info for my mission.

  • Greetings! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog
platform are you using for this website? I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress
because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a
    good platform.
