There are classes for beginners, intermediates and experts. All you have to do is look around to see what suits you.
What’s even better about the app is that is offers Pilates and meditation classes, which go hand in hand with a solid yoga practice. You won’t get bored with just practicing yoga; you can spice things up and target new goals with other types of classes. Speaking of target, there are classes for pregnancy, yoga for runners and so many other classes that address your specific needs.
